Each can is filled with 5.25oz of whole beans roasted at the Roly-Poly Coffee Co. HQ. Our beans are canned fresh out of the roaster and stay fresher longer! Our cans are made of super-recyclable aluminum, so please recycle them!
Brewing recommendations:
This coffee is a special coffee. We make it as a pour over, typically with a flat bottom filter method like a Kalita Wave. It's fantastic as a flash brew as well, if you'd like it iced.
About the coffee:
This is the second crop we've bought grown by Mr. Basha Bekele. Mr. Basha has six main coffee processing stations in the Sidama Region Bansa zones, which are all family-owned "garden farms". Other natural tree species in the area include Birbira, Wanza, and Acacia, promoting soil fertility and controlling erosion. Special considerations are made at the Kokose station during the natural drying process in order to eliminate the possibility of mold growth.
